Leading people is a skill, it is NOT an innate ability, something you were just "born to do." YOU should take your leadership role seriously and invest in YOUR personal growth and knowledge as a leader. After 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, running my own businesses and playing several roles in the nonprofit world, as CEO, VP Board of Directors and even developing my own Marital Arts Mentoring nonprofit program, I have had the opportunity to grow as a leader in many facets and I want to help you grow your leading abilities. As always, your sessions are confidential and nonjudgmental, you will be able to talk about your personal, deep dark challenges at work or running your company in an open environment.
